And lately, the light is red for rt 43 travelers more often than it is green. I timed the green light once and it stayed green for about 15 seconds and went back to red for about a minute over at least two cycles, even with no one waiting on Best to trip it. Is there something wrong with the light? I guess it does slow down the traffic merging eastbound on 43, which is also a problem with road ragers trying to jump slower drivers up that hill, but it really is a nusiance. And I agree in the winter, it is a serious hazard trying to stop for that light on snowy roads or get going again going up hill.
