Description

This abandoned lot eyesore has never been used. It just sits there and rots, and will probably do so for decades due to the snail's pace of getting anything done here in this state. The rampant blight so prevalent in this area of New York State must be rebuilt and reused in order to bring new life to the hideous, failing, crumbling infrastructure which can be seen everywhere.

Let's reuse this empty lot as an intermodal Commuter Bus/ Transit Hub/ Park 'n' Ride Facility, in order to breathe new life into this deserted monstrocity, and let's bring prosperity back to the community, while easing traffic in this choked, traffic-snarled area!!!!!
