Still a major problem on this block. Councilman Yun in the Heights provides good signage out of his office on Central Ave, for free. I'm happy to go door to door to request more homeowners to place signs on their properties. South side of Clifton already has a few up and visible, though some dog owners are still disrespectful regardless. What can the city recommend residents do otherwise? Is there any enforcement plan currently? Are fines being issued? What is the east district police meeting schedule and location? Perhaps we can bring this issue to the meeting, in person, to express how bad the problem is.
