Hi- I believe JCMUA started much needed water line/sewer line work on Summit Ave and left a trail of heavy rock debris and dangerous dust particles all throughout the street. It has completely left a mess and is damaging vehicles parked alone this section of Summit Ave. This is also a liability. Please have someone come by and inspect/sweep/clean this mess up ASAP please. Thank you!
