According to city code (§313-47), property owners are responsible for keeping their properties maintained with regards to lawn and litter. DGS staff will inspect the property for any violations. If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance.
