In front of 1604 S 10th St there are two homemade "no bikes" signs as well as what appears (to me) to be a threat of damage if bicycles are locked there, a damaged bicycle wheel locked to the top of the post. (I guess at this because a homeowner who isn't making a threat after making their own concrete and hand-painted no bikes sign would not leave part of a bike locked to the sign).
