The COA/311 tells lies just like the Mayor/city officials. They don't do ANYTHING! they'll just close out reports without even checking and or "refer to another department" This "city" is a lawless wasteland. Keep reporting though because there WILL be a class action lawsuit inevitably because of the COAs lies/negligence
