Happened to me last Monday too. I can't believe they open up the package and leave the box! I think I might make a "special" package for them, I'll have my dog fill up.

This does look like somebody has been succeeding in getting easy stuff. Do you guys have block watch? Have you reported this to the police? Have you talked to your alderpeople? It's making me mad that whoever this is keeps getting away with this.

This is a city. If you don't want your stuff stolen, don't leave it outside...

Thanks for sharing Tim! Great news that they caught one of the cuplrits. Now hopefully we can catch the "box opener" thief soon as well. We've stopped getting deliveries to our house now too, but I'm digging your and Frank's suggestions of leaving a special surprise for this person.
