Description
3rd Request. This dog owner refused to use leash and allowing his 2 dogs to run wild around citrus park off leash. I have to curb use of park-go to dogs running wild off leash. Please help enforce leash law, so we can all use the park in peace and safety. Dogs run very far from owner -no way to control. Thx 6-7am Sunday's.
