The left turn signal from Fitch northbound onto Pine Rock is very brief and causes backups during peak hours. Is there any way to add a few seconds? Usually only 5 cars can make it through, and traffic can back up into the intersection with Wintergreen. This is a tough spot to drive in. Can the light be adjusted to add a few more cars' worth of time during rush hour?
