To be clear, the issue is that drivers traveling westbound on shepherd have a green light while north and southbound traffic on New Hampshire also has a green light! I saw a car with several young children nearly get t-boned here the other day - thankfully the other driver slammed on their brakes. This has been reported numerous times before. Someone is going to die at this intersection if this isn't fixed soon!!!
