Over ten-12 piles of garbage have been at the curbside for over two weeks. I do not live in Newark, although this garbage makes me feel as if I do! Where are the police to ticket these people? It is Easter weekend and going for a walk with my grandchildren past this house will be aggravating and a health issue! Taxes are too high to have this sort of thing especially on this street!
