Deskripsyon
The hospital has been breaking the noise pollution law by making excessive loud noise between 5AM-9AM in a residential area, which is illegal. DEP issued a violation on 1/3/12 to stop making deliveries between the said time. They are now ignoring the violation and continue to disturb the peace and the enjoyment of peace and quiet. They have been doing this for over 2 years now.

DEP Violation Number: 185-364-876 - Which resulted in DEP issuing the violation. They came and did a decimal reading.
DEP Follow up request from today: 185-380-487
I have emails dating as far back as 2 years ago, where we requested that hospital administration look into the matter. They kept assuring us (for two years) they would take care of this issue, but they were all fruitless promises, no action was taken.
I also have a sound file which we recorded during an instance of unbearable screeching noise at 6AM one morning. I do not believe I can attach a sound file here.
