Thank you for reporting this issue. It has been forwarded to the Parks Dept. Their crew is going around reinstalling valves and cartridges now that the freezing weather is behind us. This may take a couple weeks with the number of fountains that we have. Also, please realize that all City offices are closed tomorrow for Good Friday.

Yes, I reported this last summer that they weren't working- shouldn't take that long to "fix" valves!
