Opis

There is a ton of illegal dumping at the vacant lot on 98th & Garner& Blake.. It's the big empty lot there. They keep braking the lock and chain. Please alert someone at the City of Oakland who can assist with that gate. Someone who can put a chain and lock that they cannot cut . Please this is really a problem. They continue to cut it every time we replace it. Please HELP.
