Opis
Buses are frequently delayed. Right hand lane from State towards Temple should be made bus/bike/parking vehicles only during peak hour (like many streets in Paris and NYC) in order to speed up service for riders and promote downtown walkability. The conversion would easy.

This would be good.
During off peak hours and weekends, the two lanes are excessive and the right hand lane could be turned into on street parking (like on Trumbull Street). If traffic picked up during events or emergencies, etc then bags could be used to cover the meters.
During peak hours (most of rush hour) the idea of a bus and bike only lane is great. Common practice elsewhere.
