Trash is caused by the homeless. If you want the trash to stop, don't feed the animals.

This is a disgrace .
I wrote, I called, I can’t believe no one takes care of this.
I will call the mayor’s office tomorrow.

Thats cause they go to their house in bwater and forget the ghetto!!!

I'm thinking this one is not the city's responsibility. Isn't it the mall's responsibility to take care of its grounds? Or the individual store where the trash is?

City should enforce ordnaces

It's the city's responsibility to catch illegal dumpers.

Yesterday I called the mayor ‘s office about the piles of trash across from Ocean State Job Lot and there was no answer.
Then I called the westgate mall management office and guess what, no one answered. I called 3 times, each time choosing another extension, no answer. What a disaster this city is.

I finally contacted the manager’s office of the Westgate Mall. She said her company is NOT responsible for the clean up of the area across from Ocean State Job Lot. She said she has discussed this with Brockton officials and they do not take responsibility.
So who will clean up? Pay the homeless to clean the city streets daily. Assign each interested individual with a particular section to clean and pay them if the job is done satisfactorily.

Just an idea. Someone has to come up with an idea. It certainly isn’t coming from you.

Id prefer to criminally charge the homeless and force them to clean up. If you pay them, that gives them incentive to make more mess.
