Description

The signals were broken today. They were all showing tayt it was ok to walk. I had a green light, but the crosswalk signal for the pedestrian that almost walked in front of me said they had 11 seconds left to cross the street. This is the second time I've noticed this in the past week or so. I thought I didn't see correctly the first time. Thankfully the pedestrian corrected himself and hopped back on the sidewalk.
