Description

The recently-installed improvements along Bonham Way between Mira Vista and Valle Vista have no drainage system. All the mud that collects along the south side of the stairs gets pushed onto the stairs at every point where a neighbor's walkway connects to the stairs, causing pools of mud periodically. Worst of all, the bottom stairs at Valle Vista get overwhelmed with all the mud from the entire stretch of hillside and it pools on the poorly-sloped stairs and sidewalk - this is the only entrance to nearby homes, so it is a big safety concern. Several people have fallen during and after rains.
