There is a large pile of tree and limb debris on the corner of Canton Street and Shady Grove Lane in the right of way and blocking the line of sight for all vehicles attempting to exit from Stonegate Manor neighborhood. It is unclear whether this debris is resting on the property of the owners of 100 Shady Grove Lane or whether it is in an easement, but either way it is a safety hazard for motorists. The debris has been in this location since the ice storm in January.
