Description

Caller is reporting an abandoned vehicle located on 4th street at this location, states that the first picture she had taken of it was in July, and that the car had been there much longer. Caller is reporting that the vehicle is remaining on the roadway despite numerous notices of street cleaning work that was to be done today. Caller advised she had never seen anyone move the vehicle or interact with the vehicle and that the vehicle had collected spider webs all across the vehicle.
