Description

This box spring was brought out Oct 30 at 10:38pm and left on sidewalk by tenant at 28 Truman St. Please issue tenant a warning for 'illegal public dumping' and have them remove it from the public way. It's been 3 days.

We will inspect location and if dumping is in the public space-sidewalk, tree belt, street- we will address it. If it is on "private property" - lawn, against house, backyard- by City Ordinance Public Works can't address it. We will recategorize issue to "Private Property" where it can be resolved. Thanks!

The tenant has added a mattress to the pile … on the tree belt!

The mattress & box spring are still on the tree belt - city property. And you can see piles of ‘stuff’ in trashbags and such on the second floor open porch of the property that should be addressed.
