    These tenants are again discarding old furniture onto the curb strip. This has bern there for over 5 days. This is not their first time. The property owner needs to be advised to inform his tenants to stop and make arrangements for the pick up of discarded furniture.

    This trash, debris & discarded furniture is in front of 75 Truman St . on the front lawn so it may be a private issue. But it is an eyesore to the community, there are trash bags in the front as well as several brown toters that have not been brought to the curb. The house may be empty- but the property owner needs to address this immediately! Would appreciate the assistance of LCI. Thank you!..

    This pile of garbage 'appeared' on Clover St between Truman St & Frank St over the weekend. The house at 154 Frank (this pile is located on the side sidewalk) is empty of tenants and being cleaner/painted and the rear property 'had' a lot of garbage pilled in the rear and there is a brown toter out there also that may have been emptied. Can we please have Public Works O an LCI team remove it please

    The tenants of 28 Truman have brought for furniture and stuff and piled it up against the tree on the curbstrip. This occurs regularly. The property owner needs to be advised of his tenants behavior and cited. Please address. This started in mid-November since the last complaint of a boxspring - that they brought back in. Then they put out a mattress which they brought back in. Now it's other furniture like a dresser & bed frame!!!

    This tree branch broke off and is hanging across wires across a driveway. The wires cross over Truman Street between 47 Truman and 48 Truman. Previous branches have broken off and fallen on parked cars and narrowly missed hitting pedestrians. Please have tree checked for rot and possible removal. There are also broken branches in tree in front of 47 Truman - waiting to fall.

Some occupants are using drugs - you can smell the weed & crack and see some using & lighting up. Needs IMMEDIATE attention!

    This truck was pushed into this space on 8/1/23 at 11:47am (I have surveillance cameras around my home) and has not moved since. On 8/5 a UHaul truck pulled up and a group of 5-6 unloaded trash bags, mattress & other junk onto the back of the truck. The truck has no plates. Please have T&P have it towed away!

    TREE DOWN !!!! During todays brief but heavy rain & wind, the top portion of a very large old tree came down, falling a ross the sidewalk onto the fence and into the Truman St Community Garden. The large broken top portion is laying across a wire - UI has been notified, but a large thick broken branch is teetering over the walkway. I put up caution tape but it needs to be tended to immediately!!! I will post photos tomorrow! But this is the tree before it came down with the red marks indicating what broke off.

There is a tent set up in the rear right corner of the parking lot set of for 24 hr drug sale and use as well as some overnight camping of 'unhoused' drug users.     This vehicle is not only parked in a NO STANDING ZONE but it intentionally drove forward, backed up, and then drove over the last remaining post (last of 5) that was put in place by TT&P to keep people from parking at the corner. This vehicle and the one on the other corner need to be ticketed. This is a regular occurrence.

    These street poles were put in place to keep people from parking on the corner of King Pl & Truman St in the NO STANDING ANYTIME corner. They have been plowed over and knocked down by cars and by street sweepers. I have put them inside the corner of my fence in the front on my house on the corner. Please retrieve.

    An unpermitted illegal barbershop has opened again at this location. This one is called Biury Barbershop and it is the 2nd one since Sept 2022. I have previously contacted City Bldg and LCI and requested that this operation be notified and ordered to close. I am now requesting that they receive an immediate cease & desist order, the property owner notified, cited & fined for allowing unlicensed business to continue to operate.

    Automobile back seat left on curb strip propped against tree in front of 41 Truman Street by first floor tenant of that address. This tenant (property owners live on 2nd fl) has continuously left discarded items curbstrip without a bulk trash pick up request and the City continues to pick this illegal dumping up. Please leave a 'door tag' on the first floor advising if items are not removed a citation will be issued.

    This vehicle is parked in NO STANDING zone on Odd Side of street, about 5 feet from corner. Habitual offender, habitual offense made worse because of snow buildup on opposite corner making turn from Truman almost impossible. Please ticket and tow.

    The snow on Brewster Street has not be adequately moved by DPW for cars to be able to park on either side of the street and cars to be able to pass safely between them. Pitts Chapel Church which is located on that street (which is ONE BLOCK) has a congregation of over 200 people who had difficulty during the two services we had this past Sunday because of the snow, and will have further difficulty this coming Sunday because of the snow we had Wednesday and last night. We are expecting more snow Saturday evening. This snow MUST BE REMOVED before 8:00am Sunday when our members come out for service.
