Solid white line means DO NOT CROSS.

PENNDOT needs to place road dividers here and add signage to remind drivers of the law. Do not cross solid white line.

Here's a really good way to think about it (from another site).

"One of the senior officers in my department told me that yellow lines (dashed and solid) indicate that traffic will be flowing in the opposite direction on the other side of the line and that white lines (dashed and solid) indicate that traffic will be flowing in the same direction on the other side of the line. He said that regardless of color, the dashed and solid lines mean the same thing, though: it is either ok to cross the line or it is not."

Regardless of lines, colors, and whether they are "dashed" or solid, we need a "Stay in Lane" graphic/sign before the underpass, and a better sign at the end of the 352 exit ramp onto Rt1N.

Not sure if this is still relevant or not as I moved from the area. Will let someone else pick up if its still a problem.
