However, in the description you mentioned Townsend Avenue (by the way, where on Townsend Avenue is this? We need a specific location so that we can rectify the pothole issue you're reporting). Which of these is where the pothole(s) in question is located??

If you are in fact reporting two separate locations, then you want to create a complaint each individual location (one of for Farren Avenue, and one for Townsend.

We are closing older "pothole" issues in order to focus on current pothole issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our streets division but were never closed. Other road issues reported in the "pothole" category are road conditions beyond an immediate fix/ patch. We've reviewed those and have considered them through our paving seasons. Thanks
