Might I suggest not waiting until the morning of trash pick up to bring your container to the sidewalk... Maybe try putting it out the night before!?!? Just a thought?

Unfortunately this does not fall under the city's ordinances as to noise. We can have the property manager speak to the trash collector but there is no authority to force a change.
