Description

The resident of 3508 Rigel Court is parking a tractor and trailer rig at the intersection of Donna Road and Rigel Court, in front of the house at 3513 Donna Road. This same person has done this repeatedly and is parked there now(see attached JPG). This truck is only there from 5:00 pm to early morning. This is creating a very unsafe condition for pedestrians, cyclist and motorist by reducing the line of sight at the intersection, especially at night. This is not a moving truck or a loading and unloading condition, but more of an occasional parking spot. In the past I previously posted about the same resident for parking another tractor trailer on Rigel Court. Sometimes the semi rig blocks the fire hydrant at same location.
