Foreclosed doublewide modular home at 3329 Palmer Street is for sale; however, it also has "for rent" signs in the window. The Code Compliance rental, red tag and code violation website is having issues. I could not confirm that this is a registered rental property.

This had been submitted to city of Lansing's Department of Planning and Neighborhood Development. The rental signs have been taken down and the property has seen some action.
