Description
We live on the cul-de-sac at Mill Gate Ct. As you enter the street on the right, there is an unprotected creek underpass with no rails. Lots of kids come down and hover over it and it feels like an accidents waiting to happen - 10+ foot fall. It's next to the house on 5596 Mill Gate Ct. Various neighbors have called the city 3-4x in the past 18 months but no action has been taken.

Here are some photos. The old jagged rock wall makes it more of a tripping hazard.
Coincidentally, it sounds like my neighbor had someone out and was told they weren't sure city could do anything. But a fence was put up just down the road at corner of Bend creek and mill trace for a similar hazard.
