It has been seven days since my apartments at Celebration at Sandy Springs have had hot water. I’ve called gas company & they report everything is fine on their end- apparently it is a leasing office issue. We recently fell under new management & they are blaming old management company yet not fixing the issue.

I definitely understand what you're saying. It's just a matter of them handling their business stuff. They need to handle it but we can't "make them" if that make sense. It's becoming more a civil issue now.
Meaning they will do nothing and will just let us go without hot water for however long it takes the complex and gas company to deal with it. We do not matter.
