Description

Blight conditions Dolphin "mini park" at corner of Hegenberger/international/73rd Ave has high weeds, trash litter and illegal dumping, dead trees, graffiti throughout, unmaintained landscaping, homeless encampments There is no option for blight on public property because there should not be blight on public property and City of Oakland needs to address this grim blight to our community Fire hazard, vector for rats insects and disease, lowers property values, detracts from neighborhood aesthetics
