Sharraxaadda

There is trash littered all over the sidewalk on 21st Street between Washington and Carpenter on the West side of the street. There is a lunch trailer at the corner of 21st and Washington and the garbage is strewn all over the street everyday, it has become a big problem since the trailer opened up for business. Additionally, the loitering in front blocks the sidewalk for foot traffic constantly.
