With the recent snow, town plows could not do their job with vehicles unmoved in this residential area. Large vans are left in same spot for months, now a large roofing trailer has been parked on the corner of Windsor and Elizabeth. I've seen near misses for cars hitting others as they try to to avoid the gauntlet of abandoned vans.
