Descrição

Indian River Rd over I-64. On both east to west and west to east lanes.
I reported these on January 10, 2015. Mayor Sessoms acknowledged my request on January 12, 2015. They have just gotten bigger. Unlevel manholes have never been raised/lowered to be level with roadbed.

The street address is not what I sent in.
