On eastbound, all 4 lanes has a metal strip that apparently has to do with tripping the signal lights. The metal goes across all 4 lanes and is exposed and blacktop no longer covers it. This causes holes in various places.in these lanes.
When Lidl opens on June 15th, there will be even more traffic riding over these holes and it will be difficult to repair with all of he right turn traffic. I reported it as a pothole before and no action was taken.

Just before the this intersection in the eastbound right hand lane you can find this rather deep hole. There is a sink hole further at this intersection as well.

Copper Kettle Dr has receding blacktop, therefore grass is growing where the blacktop meets the property line. The street has not been resurfaced in some time and apparently needs it. When is the next scheduled surfacing scheduled?

At the stop sign on Levine Ct a driver cannot see to the left without going into the intersection. These shrubs need to be maintained at a proper height so you can see traffic coming from the left.

I have reported the manhole covers that are not at road level before and was told that they belong to telephone company and didn't know when they would be raise to road level.
Until they are raised, can the gutters be cleaned, as most people that drive this road drive over to the right to avoid the lowered manhole "bumps". Why does the city allow contractors to install unlevel roadways?

Going East on Indian River Rd, just before the stoplight at Providence Rd, there is a place in both right hand lanes that need repair.

In the eastbound inside lane (not turn lane) just before the stoplight there is a pothole needing repair.

Several weeks ago, Sunnyside Dr was torn up to make repairs. Safety barriers were set up on each side. One street light in the area works with very little light and the one on the corner of Partridge & Sunnyside is out. This area is very dark & dangerous for walkers and bicyclists..
No one has worked on this project this past week, except to remove equipment. This area needs attention. These barriers need to be closed off to the water. One turtle has been killed and a gentleman put one back of the barriers from the street today. When turtles go in the street, the barriers on the other side keep them from completely getting there.

The overpass over I-64 on the east side (both ways) need paving. The pot holes were fixed, but some no longer are filled and at the base where the road meets Reon Dr that hole has never been refilled. Indian River Rd on the east side of I-64 was paved, but on the west side it is similar to a washboard. On 1/12/2015 I received a reply from Mayor Sessom that a depression at Reon Drive and Indian River Road will have the lines under the roadway t.v.’d to determine what is causing the problem. How long does it take to do this and get the problem corrected?

This area looks awful. It has been left with orange barriers, large pipes, signs, and uncut grass for many months. This looks like a project forgotten. What is the status?

On Providence Rd where the overpass crosses over I-64 at both sides of where the overpass starts and ends, potholes need attention. There are several more potholes Eastbound that also need repairing.

I reported these on January 10, 2015. Mayor Sessoms acknowledged my request on January 12, 2015. They have just gotten bigger. Unlevel manholes have never been raised/lowered to be level with roadbed.
