Stop signs in the middle of the road in both directions along First at intersection of K St along with Yield to Pedestrian needs replacing. They were knocked down a few weeks ago and never replaced. Circulator Bus parks directly in front of stop sign along First St SE thus blocking the view of the stop signs on the side of the road to oncoming traffic.
