House has been burnt out and vacant for the last 8 year. I have put in many complaints about this property to L and I and city council and it seems to go nowhere.

I tried to find this property on the l and i map and it does not come up like it used to. There was a list of at least 15 issues that were unresolved the last time the info was visible. This property is open to trespassing and needs to be torn down.
