NOTE: It has now been 5-6 months since this original request was made. The office is now no longer answering my phone calls. I have not been able to install television service because the office is not attending to this.

In April/May 2023 a request was made to prune trees on city sidewalk property that we could get access to cable TV service. However, the branches are still blocking the cable TV satellite dish on our rooftop and we have not been able to access our cable TV service. After 2 months of waiting and phone calls to the office in charge of tree pruning we had to cancel our cable TV service because the pruning still had not been done. I have been calling the office almost weekly for the past four months now and the tree branches have still not been pruned. I am being told that our pruning will be placed towards the top of the list every week. The office will not give me a timeline for when the tree branches will be pruned. Thank you.
