Since the end of last year to the present, the sidewalk in front of 93 Johnston Avenue is completely blocked. A 6-foot high chain link fence has been erected from each end of the property, from the house out to the curb and along the curb the width of the property. For several months pedestrians have had no choice but to walk between parked cars, out into the street, to walk on the north side of Johnston Avenue between Highland Avenue and Maple Streeet.
