If I'm reading the notes on this ticket correctly, no corrective action was taken to fix the non-functional display on meter #60030413. Suggesting repair is not necessary as one can use the "Pay By Cell System". And how does one use the spot if they don't have access to a cell phone and/or the "Pay By Cell System"?
