The downed tree is within the stream between Alcott Drive and Bloomfield Avenue. The tree is actually located on the Bloomfield Avenue property. The tree is visible looking north while standing on Alcott Drive.

The tree is from private property, and should be dealt with by one or both of the adjacent property owners. We will close out this issue at this time.
