Look at rear support beam. Not straight snd bottom caulked doesnt reach floor?
Also, the amount of vehicles coming snd going along with many sleep overs. Many, many men coming in evening and leaving early in morning.
Take a look at 16Kenwood st. HUGE tent in yard? This street cannot support the amount of vehicle needed to patk.
Does the city have a Haitian liason? Help them with the facts of living in a neighborhood??
They have more cars, contractors vans parked on streets. WE ARE NOT ZONED FOR BUSINESS!!
