Description
The on ramp onto capital blvd has always been a real rough spot for a long time but after the recent snowstorms and plows clearing the roads, the damage to the road has been exacerbated. The largest of the pothole has increased in size to about the width of the road and multiple small ones after the larger one have appeared as well.
