A large old tree in my front yard has had significantly large branches fall 3-4 times, creating damage to my house and vehicle. I will not allow my grandchildren play in the front yard as I'm afraid for their safety. I'm constantly worried that a gust of wind will cause more damage to my property and my family. There is currently a branch that is wedged within another, that is just waiting to fall. This tree needs to be removed before it causes any more devastating damage to my property.

I don't see any loose limbs in the tree. As to the state of the tree, we put trees on a removal list when there is some likelihood that it is a risk to property or safety. This tree is not at that level yet.
