It would be helpful if an officer was present at the intersection of Sherman and Elm between 4:45 and 5:15. Cars on Sherman routinely block cars from passing on Elm since Sherman turns red before traffic has moved through the intersection. This creates a pretty hot situation, with angry drivers and pedestrians trying to cross through the mess. Please enforce the traffic laws here.
