Description

The corner of church and chapel is a very busy one and trying to turn on from chapel street on to church street is a nightmare. There needs to be a delay with an arrow, so that cars can turn first without having to risk life and waiting for on coming traffic to pass because you get stuck for another light. You could be stuck there for two or three lights and it would take much to get an arrow and delay for the turning cars.
