Open Holes in the ground. Pipes are sticking out of one of them next to the pothole in the picture.

Those pipes are trolley tracks. Just going to come back up at some point soon and cause an accident. I was driving around Yale today. Pristine pavement except Humphrey Street. City of New Haven please advise when we are getting paved. Mr. Yale does not pay taxes but we do. Thank you.

It makes sense because concord street has cracks that follow the street the whole way down. It's the tracks that must be slowly coming up and cracking the pavement. The whole road needs to be repaved completely this spring because patch fill won't last on this road.
