Description

In addition to the previously reported extensive potholing on Morgan Lane, the storm drain immediately next to the RR underpass is subsiding. It was always a bit below the road grade, but it is now obviously sinking. The asphalt surrounding it is cracking as it bends, and the drain grate is significantly lower than it has been in the past. This may collapse to a sinkhole like I have seen with other similar storm drains in the past.
