There is a large amount of standing water on the westbound side of El Cajon Blvd, running from one side of Utah to the other. On the east side, the water is deep enough to block the sidewalk. In the middle of Utah, there is a growing pothole that is always full to the brim. I cannot tell where this water is coming from but there's so much of it that it's probably from a leaking main. There is no way it is runoff from a sprinkler; there is too much water. please fix this, given the damage it is causing to the road and the waste of valuable water!
