The person who drives this white VW (Ct plate 101-ZMG) consistently parks in the middle of Court Street, which is one-lane and one-way, which means when she's parked there and inside the adjacent house, nobody can get past her, whether it's an oil truck (as in this case), a fire truck, an ambulance, a police car, or anybody else who needs to pick something up or drop something off at one of the addresses on Court Street. The VW driver displays a profound insolence, selfishness, and disdain for others by behaving in such a manner.

Absolutely appalling and quite insulting to neighbors. So I'm curious to know if someone rang her door bell so the oil could be delivered?
I used to live there years ago. No one ever did this. We used to have annual Block Parties in September. This behavior is tantamount to defecating on your neighbors!
